Sous Vide Cooking
We favor Sous Vide cooking, a modern cooking technique that preserves all the integrity of the ingredients and their organoleptic qualities! Our Ready-To-Eat dishes are therefore nutritious and tasty.
Our meals, handcrafted by our chefs, are subsequently Deep Frozen. This is a technique that differs from freezing: it allows the meals to be cooled very quickly and thus avoids damage to the food's cells during defrosting! La Réserve Culinaire's meals keep all their flavors and textures as well as their nutritional values. Eat whenever you want and always fresh.
We use the bare minimum to store our Sous Vide and Deep Frozen Meals: one package to transport, cook and serve your dishes, all in a reusable insulated box that can be reused at will!
