Refund policy

SECTION 1 - REIMBURSEMENT

The products in the store are not refundable, only defective products will be replaced. In this case, please do not send defective products by mail or courier.

Please keep the products in the freezer and contact customer service to request a replacement.

We will only replace damaged or improperly packaged products with a production date of less than 6 months (photo required as proof). These will be exchanged for a gift card that you can use on your next purchase.

SECTION 2 - DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered to the address you have indicated within, but not limited to, 24 to 48 hours following your order or according to the agreement made with the delivery service.

If you are absent at the time of delivery and according to what has been agreed upon, our delivery person will leave a business card with an order number at your door. It will then be necessary to go to the nearest branch to pick up your order or to call 1.877.0895 to reschedule the delivery. Additional delivery charges will apply. We cannot be held responsible for theft or loss in the event that the customer requests to leave the packages outside your residence.

**For business deliveries, we will leave your order with the person in charge at the front desk, who will acknowledge receipt of your order.

We are not responsible for address, suite, floor, entrance code and postal code errors.

It is your responsibility to provide us with all relevant delivery information. Please use the "note" box in the shopping cart for any additional information needed.
