Duck à l'Orange
Duck and its sweet and sour orange sauce are the hallmarks of this classic French dish. We serve it with a superb duck leg confit and Gabrielle potatoes from the Ile d'Orléans accompanied by vegetables. We've added a little local touch with maple and a hint of ginger for a balance of flavors that is rarely equaled! A perfect dish to receive guests without fuss or to enjoy alone at home because it is well deserved.
Ingredients : Duck confit, chicken stock, pearl onions, green beans, Nantaise carrots, Gabrielle potatoes, demi-glace, orange juice, maple syrup, tomato paste, red wine, shallot, garlic, ginger, orange zest, modified corn starch, salt, spices, herbs.
