Minestrone con Salsiccia
A true institution in Italy, this thick and hearty soup has as many variations as there are Mammas and Nonnas! At La Réserve Culinaire, our version of the recipe is as simple as transalpine cuisine: sun-drenched vegetables, a rich and flavorful poultry stock, quality sausages, oregano and some penne al dente, "e basta cosi"!
